Refund and Returns Policy
Poolec Automotive Products Ltd will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Incorrect item ordered/ No longer required
In the case that the item has been ordered in error, the wrong size or type of part has been ordered, or the item is no longer required, then the buyer is liable to cover the returns cost. Please note there is a 10% restocking fee for orders under the value of £100, and 5% for orders over the value of £100 as well as any charges incurred from our payment gateway stripe on a refund transaction. Provided the item is in its original/ unused/ undamaged condition then a refund will be processed once we have received the item.
Damages and issues
In the case that the item is missing, damaged, or faulty on arrival, it is important that we are notified within 72 hours. We will either ask that pictures of the goods are sent to us and in some cases we may ask for the item to be returned to us. We will cover the returns cost and you will receive either a full refund or a replacement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
In all returns we ask that the customer provides their name, contact details and order/ invoice reference number. We aim to deal with all returns within 48 hours of them arriving back with us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
